Folio 110: Sir William Poole, the Downs. He has had fresh complaints from the Captains of the Oxford and Swallow about defective provisions. Captain Fowles complains of oatmeal and flour. He has ordered the Victuallers at Dover to supply the Happy Return and Assistance with seven days' provisions. The Captain sailed to Chatham and the Andalusia has gone up River.
