Folio 187: Commissioner Henry Greenhill, Plymouth. Captain Prower of the Anglesey denied all knowledge of the junk seized from Mary Gray, Rachel Thomas and Grace Carey. He was at a court martial on the Foresight, when it happened. He always ordered his Lieutenants not to allow boats to approach. They deny seeing the bumboat but the boatman says they were there. The Boatswain's mate, John Acock, a scurvy, insolent fellow, says he has not done wrong as the junk had been taken from two privateers.
