Description

Folio 179: Commissioner Henry Greenhill, Plymouth. He believes Lord Cutts will return an equal quality of wood to the stores. He has sent the statements about the ends of rope and junk but has not had any more tenders, apart from one from Mr Waters, for the building of houses in the dock.
