Folio 200: Captain William Carter, Blast bomb vessel, Woolwich. He has sailed from Blackwall to Woolwich and taken on board the masts and mortars as well as the rigging, sails, yards and ballast. There only remains the Boatswain's stores and part of the Carpenter's stores. The painters have not yet completed their work but expect to be in readiness to sail next week. He has Officers on board but no men yet.
