Folio 184: Captain John Cooper, Martin ketch, Spithead. He has taken command of the ketch after Captain Galloway Lott was killed by the enemy. He has been charged for 6 weeks provisions and has no the funds to pay for them as the former Commander had received the full amount. Asks for consideration so he does not lose the money and so he may be reimbursed.
