1352. Lieutenant John Lind to General Sir Henry Clinton. A letter from Cambridge asking for a General Courts Martial to clear his name and conduct in respect of his alleged behaviour and authority as he was prevented by orders from seeing the Major-General, but the complainant [former Deputy Chaplain] could do so to further his case. Feels it was unjust, as a regimental commander, not to be heard and submits letters that passed between both parties as proof of his actions.
