Prisoner name: William Brown.

Court and date of trial: Suffolk Lent Assizes 1823.

Crime: Poaching.

Initial sentence: 18 months' imprisonment.

Annotated (Outcome): 3 February 1824 Pardon. Remission prepared February 1824.

Petitioner(s): Thomas Methold, Chairman of the Visiting Magistrates for Suffolk.

Grounds for clemency (Petition Details): Particularly good conduct whilst in gaol.
