Recommendation for the mitigation of sentence for selected prisoners on board the York convict hulk at Portsmouth.

George Dodd aged 23 convicted at Newgate on 17 February 1819 of felony. Initial sentence: seven years transportation.

John Heath aged 18 convicted at Newgate on 17 February 1819 of felony. Initial sentence: seven years transportation.

Henry Rice aged 29 convicted at Bury St Edmunds [Suffolk] on 26 March 1819 of grand larceny. Initial sentence: seven years transportation.
