Folios 415-416: Edward Griffith, HMS Diamond in Hamoaze.
Recommending Thomas Munden, who has served with him for eight years, and shown himself to be well disposed, sober, diligent, active and a good seaman. As he is fit for promotion, Griffith requests he be appointed Boatswain. Admiralty note on rear says he will be put on the list for a suitable opportunity.
