Folio 165: William Fendall, Deal. Some Seamen came ashore out of the Quaker ketch, which saved them from the Pendennis. He quartered them for the night and gave them money to travel to London. Is sending a list of their names, also signed by Tobias Welles, Deputy Assistant. Asks for money to reimburse him. He has sent the yawl by Captain Martin but he would not sign the receipt, he was told Mr. Addis would pay him if he arrived safely. Captain Brummell, Commander of the Rochester asks for a cable and anchor, to secure his ship up to Erith, asks for the Board's directions. The yawl for the Suffolk is built and the Burford has sailed.
