Folio 139: William Fendall, Deal. The boat, which came from Hythe, will be ready for the Pearl, when she comes into the Downs. The James galley came in and wanted a boat, so he gave them a pinnace. He put men ashore, which he had taken in the privateer, and they were sent to Dover castle. Asks for an imprest bill and asks for a supply of tar and rope.
