Nine documents in Spanish and Italian which are copies made in Leghorn (Livorno) in 1751 of sentences of the Minorca Vice-Admiralty Court in 1748 relating to prizes taken by HMS Liverpool, captain George Durell, HMS Lynn, captain Robert Mann, and Lowestoff's Prize, Charles Proby [1725-1799]. The prizes were the San Pedro brig, master Juan Raffa Ginovei, Virgen del Rosario, master Romano, Santissima Annunziata and San Antonio de Postillon. Robert Rutherfurd and William Preston witnesses, Matheo Moriarty agent. Includes court wrapper marked 'Lynn & Liverpooles Coppy of Sentences To Be registred'.
