695. Stuart at Pensacola to Howe. Concerning the conduct of the Americans towards the Indians. Particularly of the activities of the agent Galphin towards the Creeks (Oakfuskees and Cusitahs), and the conducting of two of their chiefs to Charlestown to see their 'Riches' and strength of the fortifications there. The majority of the Upper Creeks favouring a general attack upon Georgia (two copies sent from Rocheblave).
