Folios 28-29. John Sharpe to [unknown]. Enquiring into condition of Lincoln goal. Sir Francis Geoghegan and other [French] prisoners hope to be relieved from confinement upon the Cartel. Commissioners for Sick and Wounded have ordered daily allowance of food for prisoners. Sick prisoners will receive allowance to pay for apothecary. Keeper of Marshalsea prison needs extra money for beds. With details of sick prisoners in Marshalsea, Newgate, and New Prison.
