Description

Folio 118. Certificate of Lord Chief Baron [Thomas] Parker and Thomas Denison (judges for the Midland Circuit). Recommending prisoners for mercy, on condition of transportation for 14 years: John Hughes, convicted at Leicestershire assizes for horse stealing; Thomas Jones, convicted at Leicestershire assizes for highway robbery; John Whetten (or Jarratt), convicted at Warwickshire assizes for sheep stealing.
