Concerns the examination of Joseph Tiffin, servant to Mr Bramwell, of Penrith, who describes the [Jacobite] army at Rawcliffe [near Carlisle, Cumberland]; strength less than 10,000; 9 pieces of artillery; marching with 'droves of black cattle and sheep; provisions; 10 guinea recruitment offer. Parts of wax seal. Dated at Penrith.
