This series consists of the lists of Trustees, of the Standing Committee and sub-committees and of the establishment of the Museum that were printed by order of the Trustees. The lists were published four times each year, although annually or biannually for some years during and after the Second World War. Both the British Museum and British Museum (Natural History) are covered by all lists up to 1961, which give the full names of all staff, together with their grade, salary, date of first employment, and date of promotion to present grade. Salaries were omitted from 1957.
