The volumes that make up this series contain a record of the meetings of the three Principal Trustees held to decide on nominations for vacant posts at the British Museum (Natural History). The minutes are accompanied by nomination papers for the various candidates, together with occasional testimonials, Treasury memoranda and other papers. These papers cover all museum grades, from keeper to boy attendant.
