The Learning and Skills Council (LSC) operates through 47 local offices across England and a national office in Coventry. The minutes and papers in this series relate only to the National Learning and Skills Council, chaired by the Chairman of the LSC and comprising of the LSC Chief Executive and representatives of employers, learning providers and community groups. The minutes appear in summarised form as"Briefings" on the LSC website. Minutes and papers of some of the local Learning and Skills Councils are also available on the LSC website.
