Folio(s) 470-472. Letter from [Richard Ford] at Weymouth [Dorset] reporting that he had received information from [William Windham] sent to him by Sir George Paul regarding Urban Metcalfe [Metcalf]. Metcalfe's brother in law had stated that Urban Metcalfe was frequently deranged. Ford is convinced that he had been lucid when he threw the knife. Ford encloses information from Thomas, a reliable source, that in 1796 Metcalfe had been a member of the London Corresponding Society, division 26, but not an active one.
