Description

Folio(s) 426-427. Letter to [William Henry Higden, Home Office clerk,] from William Nicholls, secretary to [Henry Majendie, Bishop of Chester,] at Chester, requesting another packet of corn returns and stating the bishop's view that the Home Secretary should arrange for the letters to the clergy not to be subject to postal charges.
