To: The General Board of Health.
From: John S Peacock, Clerk, Darlington Local Board of Health, [County Durham].
Subject Matter: Letter agreeing to conditions referred to in the General Board's letter of 30 November. The Local Board will meet next Thursday to agree a mortgage of £1,000, which applies to work done on the eastern side of the River Skerne. They have also agreed mortgages for varying amounts for drainage on the west of the River Skerne, the plans for which have not yet finally been approved, although there should be no difficulties.
