To: The General Board of Health.
From: James Stark MD.
Subject Matter: Letter promising to forward a copy of The Scotsman containing his article on cholera. He adds that if the disease does brake out cases should be temporarily removed to empty properties until their own houses have been fumigated and whitewashed. He is opposed to permanent removal or the establishment of cholera hospitals.
