To: The General Board of Health.
From: H Waddington.
Subject Matter: Letter directed by Viscount Palmerston enclosing a copy of letter from C Eardley, concerning evidence required by the Thames Marsh Drainage Committee. Eardley thanks Palmerston for his agreement about the appointment of a Select Committee and asks him to instruct the General Board of Health and the Poor Law Commissioners [sic] to cooperate with the Committee in supplying evidence. Instructions to engineers should be sent immediately and the Poor Law Board will provide statistics.
