To: Henry Fitzroy, Home Office.
From: T Taylor, General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter enclosing a copy of letters from Dr Sutherland and his report, requested by the Committee of Council on Education, concerning the proposal to build St Augustine's Roman Catholic school in Manchester, [Lancashire], on the site of a former burial ground, recently closed. The Board considers the proposal to be injurious to public health in the area.
