From: John Blackler, Secretary to the Kingsbridge Sewer Authority [Devon].
Subject Matter: Letter requesting inform on any forms published by the Sewer Authority can be used by the Surveyor to serve on parties that allow an accumulation of dung or other nuisances on their property. Requests information on how to get copies of forms.
