From: Samuel Cornell, Clerk to the Guardians of the Parish of St Mary Abbotts, Kensington, London.
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter dated 29 January 1849 and its enclosures. Cornell advises that the same will be laid before the Board of Guardians at their next weekly meeting, on Thursday 1 February 1849.
