To: The General Board of Health.
From: E Spooner, Board of Guardians of St Johns, Westminster, London.
Subject Matter: Letter referring to Spooner's letter of the 28 September, and that enquiries are been made as to whether any of the parochial authorities have received any complaint of a nuisance at 13 Grosvenor Street, Mill bank prior to a letter and its enclosures of the 27 September. He states that it appears that neither the Board of Governors nor their Inspectors have received any information on this subject.
