To: The General Board of Health.
From: George Bent, 8 Surrey Place, Wandsworth Road, Surrey.
Subject Matter: Letter complaining of a foul smell from a nuisance arising from an open ditch which runs at the side of Bent's garden. He states that his lodger last week was attacked with cholera, and he asks the Board for their intervention.
