To: E Spooner, Board of Guardians of St Johns, Westminster, London.
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 28 September. In reply the Board states that a correct copy of the letter was forwarded with a former communication, which is the practice of this Office in all cases of complaints addressed to this Board. They also express their satisfaction at the measures taken for the removal of the nuisances.
