Folio 604.
To: The General Board of Health.
From: E Spooner, Board of Guardians of St Johns, Westminster, London.
Subject Matter: Letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 27 September referring the nuisance at 13 Grosvenor Street, Millbank. Spooner states that the Board have taken the necessary steps to enforce the owner to remove the nuisance. They further add that they have found the existing laws sufficient to reach all existing nuisances.
