To: The General Board of Health.
From: C Richardson, 46 Tothill Street, Westminster, London.
Subject Matter: Memorial signed by certain inhabitants of Tothill Street requesting the Board to intervene in a complaint made where the Commissioners of Sewers have failed to unplug the sewers from where tripe and other hot liquid drains into, which is now causing an offensive nuisance.
