To: The General Board of Health.
From: George Price, 26 Upper Stamford Street, Blackfriars, London.
Subject Matter: Letter complaining of a foul smell from a nuisance arising from high water from the grating in the street. Price has applied to the landlord to lay a drain but his reply was that it will only be done if he is compelled to do so. He therefore asks the Board for their intervention into this matter.
