From: [Anonymous], Old Kent Road, London.
Subject Matter: Letter complaining of a foul smell from a nuisance arising around 7 o'clock in the evening when from the pig dealers feed their pigs. The writer refers to Mr Shaw's cottages where 200 pigs are kept in a filthy state, and states that his family are all seriously ill and is concerned that this could become fatal. He therefore asks the Board for their intervention.
