To: The General Board of Health.
From: E Cumming, 27 Westbourne Park Road, Paddington Middlesex.
Subject Matter: Letter complaining of noxious fumes from a nuisance arising from the burning of vast piles of earth and coal. Cummings states that there has been sickness in his family and he adds that he has twice complained to the Board of Guardians but nothing has been done and therefore now asks the Board for their intervention in this matter.
