To: G B Lloyd, Futroy and Company, 11 and 12 Beak Street, Golden Square, London.
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 2 September. In reply the Board encloses a copy of a circular [not in item] recently issued by this Board on the means to be taken on the removal of such nuisances referred to. They add that the Board has no power to interfere with this matter as it is within the jurisdiction of the Commissioners of Sewers.
