Folios 25-27.
To: The General Board of Health.
From: N Bailes, Cabinet and Bedstead Factory, 434 Oxford Street, London.
Subject Matter: Letter complaining of the neglect of the dust collectors in removing the refuse in the court at the rear of Bailes premises. Bailes says that he is concerned as there is so much illness about, and that it has now been 2 months since the dust from the bin has been taken away, despite repeated applications to have it removed. He asks the Board for their intervention in this matter.
