From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter acknowledging receipt of a letter of the 25 May regarding the damaged corn in the Shad Thames, Southwark. In reply the Board states that that have no power to act or aid in the suppression of noxious or offensive trades and businesses and that they are not aware of any other way in which this type of nuisance can be abated.
