Signed by Alex Stronach and George Urquhart, elders; Alexander Mackenzie merchant and tacksman in Wilkhaven; Abner Gellie [Galle], factor to James Mackenzie of Highfield; John Ross, tenant; John Macleod, tenant in Easter Arboll; and William Macleod, shoemaker. Witnessed by Dav [David] Ross, minister. Dated at Portmoholmack [Portmahomack, Ross and Cromarty].
