Folios 100-101. Jno [John] Sharpe to Duke [of Newcastle], concerning the acquittal of James Rattray. Shown to be with the [Jacobite] rebels from Edinburgh on their march to Derby and back to Culloden, and to have admitted to Captain [Stratford] Eyre that he was a volunteer in the Atholl Brigade and in Lord Ogilvie's Regiment, while other witnesses argued he was forced. Dated at St Margaret's Hill [Southwark, Surrey].
