Discussing reports of trials of [Jacobite] prisoners at Carlisle [Cumberland], including a list of prisoners sent by [Philip Carteret] Webb, and quoting from a letter from Lord Chief Justice Baron Parker and Mr Baron Clark advising that petitions for mercy be not yet decided upon.
