Folio 141. Wm [William] Wreathocke, alias Wm White, merchant of Campveer, Zealand, [Dutch Republic] and formerly attorney at law in Hatton Gardens [London], to Duke of Newcastle. Wreathocke offers to resume his earlier residence at Ostend to act as a spy. He also describes a ship used to transfer money and papers to the rebels from Dunkirk. [Letter sent 1 November 1745, not 1 October as dated, as explained in folio 142.] Dated at Campveer.
