Petition of 43 merchant masters that two able seamen sentenced to transportation, Edmund Rupe and William Appleton, be instead delivered to Lieutenant Emery for naval service aboard the Argyle. Death of Appleton noted on document by R Mullens, Marshall of the King's Bench.
