Declaration made by 18 residents of Alyth [Perthshire], Rattray [Perthshire], Bendochie [Bendochy] [Perthshire], and Coupar [Perthshire], in favour of Charles Kinloch, brother to Sir James Kinloch of Kinloch [Perthshire] now a [Jacobite] prisoner in New Gaol Southwark [Surrey] stating that Charles did not press them for support during the rebellion.
