Judges of the Special Commission in Carlisle, Lord Chief Baron Parker, Cha [Charles] Clarke, T Burnett, and J Denison, to the Duke of Newcastle, summarising results of cases heard so far. They praise the conduct of the High Sheriff [Charles] Pattinson, as well as the Grand and Petite juries.
