Summary of [Jacobite] prisoners totalling 1,095, including those who've drawn 'the blank lot', held in: Carlisle [Cumberland]; York [Yorkshire]; Lancaster [Lancashire], naming Ralph Carter, William Cooper, Eliz [Elizabeth] Park; Lincoln [Lincolnshire]; Chester [Cheshire]; New Gaol, Southwark [Surrey]; Tilbury Fort [Essex]; aboard the transports Liberty and Prosperity, the James and Mary, and the Pamela, and aboard the sloop Furnace. Plus: at the Tower of London [Middlesex], Lord [John] McLeod, William Murray, [Charles] Radcliffe [alias the Earl of Derwentwater], Provost [Archibald] Stewart, Earl of Cromartie, Earl of Traquaire, Sir [John] Douglas, John Murray [of Broughton]; New Gaol, Clerkenwell, [London], naming Frenchman James Menzies; Newgate [London], naming Doctor [Peter] Barry, and mentioning 572 captured at sea; those in custody of messengers; and nine in the Savoy [Middlesex]. Filed with:

Folio 13-14. Jno [John] Sharpe's report with lists [not filed here] of prisoners at Tilbury Fort, and on the transports. Mentions Lieutenant Alexander McKenzie, of Lord Cromartie's [Cromarty] regiment. Praises [Tilbury commander, Captain] Stratford Eyre as a man appropriate to supervise the drawing of lots.
