Affidavit in support of Robert Forbes, a prisoner convicted of High Treason, sworn by Jean Carlisle of Stirlingshire that during the time Forbes was billeted in the house of Thomas Dundas, she heard him express his dislike for the [Jacobite] rebels and regret at having joined their cause. Dated at Carlisle court [Cumberland].
