Folio 88. Will [William] Wishart to Reverend James Foster enclosing a letter [not filed here] from Reverend Kinloch 'Minr [Minister] of this City', urging his intercession with regards a 'Worthy Person' [? Sir James Kinloch Nevay], a prisoner in [New Gaol] Southwark, [Surrey]. Wishart refers to Foster's An account of the behaviour of the late Earl of Kilmarnock, and a Lord's petition which he wished had been suppressed. Addressed to Hamlin's Coffee-house, near the Royal Exchange. Dated at Edr Coll [Edinburgh University].
