Folio 71. List of [Jacobite] prisoners, naming John Green, Luke Potts, [Thomas] Wilson, [Martin] Houshill, [John] Rivett, and [William] Anderson, suspected [Roman Catholic] priests, preparing for their trial. Joseph Newby, a mason from Kendall, Westmoreland, in the custody of a messenger, captured near the Cheshire estate of the Earl of Barrimore [Barrymore], after helping deliver him a letter from the rebels. Edward Barrow a farmer under Mr Clifton of Lytham near Kirkhamen [Kirkham], Lancashire, a prisoner in Lancaster Castle [Lancashire], alleged to have been with the rebels in Lancaster [Lancashire] and Scotland, which he denies.
