Folio 63. Affidavits in favour of Captain Roderick McCulloch sworn by three servants of Campbell of Monzie [Perthshire]: William Laurie, groom; Thomas Lawson, overseer; and Donald Haggart, gardener. McCulloch recovered horses stolen by [Jacobite] rebels during disturbances on 2 February [1746]. Sworn before Justices for Perthshire, Patrick Campbell of Monzie, senator of the College of Justice, and Charles Campbell of Lochlan. Dated at Monzie [Perthshire].
